All Point Consultants provides consulting services and educational programs.
Due to the nature of consulting and digital education, refunds are limited as outlined below.
Consulting Services
Consulting sessions are non-refundable once the session has been delivered.
If a client needs to reschedule, at least 24 hours notice must be provided.
Educational Programs
Digital programs, courses, and educational materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Billing Errors
If a billing error occurs, clients should contact us immediately so the issue can be reviewed and corrected.
Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact All Point Consultants directly before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving disputes in good faith.
